Master Work and Organizational Psychology
This specialisation focuses on the core elements of modern organisational psychology, including positive organisational behaviour (engagement in work and organisational performance), the latest trends in team dynamics (team diversity and leadership) and the selection and socialisation of personnel (including webcam tests and games as selection tools). You will use problem-based learning techniques in small groups to learn about attitudes and emotions in organisations, employee team dynamics, and selection and socialisation processes. Included in the programme are opportunities to develop your professional skills as an organisational psychologist.The Masters specialisation Organisational Psychology is also offered in English.
