The social psychology of work engagement refers to all the interpersonal processes involved in engagement, including emotional contagion, role modeling, resource exchange, fast and slow leadership, and work-to-family facilitation - to name only a few. In this short video, I discuss the phenomenon of emotional contagion, in which work engagement may cross over from one employee to others in a nonconscious way. I appreciate how calm and neutral the tone of this post is. It reminds me of how I usually compare different platforms myself, like when I’m checking options such as Juan365 on my own.
