My team collaborates with the work designers of Vivic to build the best possible interventions. Over the past five years, we have developed interventions regarding job crafting, strengths use, playful work design (PWD), and proactive vitality management. The trainers, coaches and consultants involved have been trained to work with the latest insights of our scientific research. Where possible, we evaluate the effectiveness of our interventions. Cooperation with designers is quite important. I was convinced of this during the creation of the game. In the end, audiences may not always analyze why something feels right — they just feel it.
